Analyst tool times out before session timeout setting limit is reached when using Chrome in 9.6.1
Problem description:
The following error occurs:
“Your session has expired. You will now be redirected to the login page where you can enter your username and password.”
Additional details:
The issue is seen even after increasing the session timeout setting in the $INFA_HOME/tomcat/conf/web.xml file.
The issue does not occur when using Incognito mode in Chrome, which does not save the browsing history or cookies.
Solution:
Clear your browsing history and cookies (in normal mode) in Chrome and restart your browser to resolve the issue.
